Previously, he co-founded Ice Jewellery and led data and marketing at Afterpay, the $39 billion fintech company co-founded by his brother, Nick Molnar, which was acquired by Square (now Block) in 2021. Raised in Sydney, he now lives in Los Angeles, expanding Flagship’s reach in the U.S. market.
